SUBMISSIONS
Each paper presentation will be allotted 20 minutes, followed by 10 minutes for discussion.
Submissions for individual presentations should include an abstract of no more than 300 words; a short bionote including name, affiliation, and email address, up to five keywords indicating the subject, methodology, and theoretical framework(s).
WORKING LANGUAGES
All proposals must be submitted in French or English for peer review by the Scientific Committee. Interpreting between French and English may be offered depending on available resources. Questions and discussions during the conference may take place in both
languages.

Conference Registration Fees
- Regular Registration: €120 / TRY 6,700
- Regular Registration – Graduate Student: €90 / TRY 5,000
- Late Registration: €130 / TRY 7,250
- Late Registration – Graduate Student: €100 / TRY 5,600
Each co-author attending the conference is required to pay the registration fee separately.
Second Paper Fee
Participants presenting two papers are required to pay the following additional fee for the second paper, in addition to the conference registration fee:
- During the regular registration period: €50 / TRY 2,800
- During the late registration period: €60 / TRY 3,400
Conference Dinner Fee
For participants who wish to attend the conference dinner, the Conference Dinner Fee is €60 / TRY 3,400.

Important note:
To verify the payment and correctly match it with the participant’s registration, proof of payment must be sent to beyondhumanconf@gmail.com.
Please ensure that the participant’s full name and the amount paid are clearly visible on the payment receipt.
* Please ensure that any bank transfer, EFT, SWIFT, correspondent bank, or other bank/service charges are not deducted from the amount being transferred. All bank and transfer charges are the responsibility of the participant. The full amount specified above must be received in the conference bank account. If any bank charges are deducted from the transferred amount, the payment will be considered incomplete.
* Important Note for Payments in TRY: Participants who pay the conference registration fee in Turkish Lira (TRY) are required to send their Turkish ID Number (T.C. Kimlik No) and phone number by email to beyondhumanconf@gmail.com after completing the payment, so that an invoice can be issued and sent to them.
